Our precision-sensitive drill presses drill materials that include steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals, plastics, printed circuit boards and graphite, as well as diamond drilling of ceramics, sapphire and glass.
Highly sensitive quill action makes quick and precise work of holes with less drill breakage and less scrap parts. Choose from many base styles, options and automated controls that facilitate different classes of work
Standard Drill Press
For laboratory, prototype and precision production work. Available in chuck and collet models, 12" or 19" column, and inch or metric calibration.
Heavy Duty Drill Press
This model has a stronger motor with more horsepower, enough to drill a 1/4" hole in steel or up to 3/16" in surgical stainless steel. Available in chuck and collet models, inch or metric calibration, or with any base we offer with our standard drill presses including our latest T-Slot base.
Drill Press and Mill Head
Mount to all Servo drill presses and Impact CNC Mini-Mills. Mill head has quill lock. Available in chuck and collet models with inch or metric calibration. Base also available separately.
Microprocessor-controlled Quill Feed
Model 708 for peck drilling and reaming cycles, plus routine drilling of deep holes. (Factory installed). Optional foot switch M-710. Can be added to any Servo drill press.
Model 709 modifies the head with a 3-position toggle switch for selecting drill or tap mode.
Standard Mill Head Adaptor Kit
Model 705 for attaching to mill. Dual collar and column locks together Servo drill press head and R8 taper in the spindle of a Bridgeport-type quill firmly as one unit, thereby providing a rigid XY table.
