The new Type 200 Power Feed is the latest in a long line of quality power feeds from Servo Products. With 200 in lbs. of torque, the 200 is our most powerful standard power feed made to date. This increase in torque makes it a perfect fit for lifting the heaviest knees on the market. The type 200 is made in the USA with the same reliability and rugged design that Servo Products Company is known for throughout the world. |
- Semi-automated machining on Class 1 mills to 5 hp.
- Peak Torque (half-wave series motor): to 200 in.- lb. / 22.6 NM torque
- Intermittent Torque: 150 in.- lb. / 17.0 NM
- Continuous Torque: 120 in.- lb. / 13.0 NM
- Variable Feed Rate: .5-12 IPM / 13-305 mm/min (knee).
- Rapid Traverse: 15 IPM / 381 mm/min (knee)
- Gear Reduction Ratio (motor to screw shaft): 72:1
- Helical gearing and torque limiting friction safety clutch with new and improved gear.

as possible for each machine model. However, machine
builders may change their designs without letting us

Knee
Feeds Note - Various mills such as the Bridgeport
Series II, Lagun FTV3 and Deluxe, Alliant RT4V and other
large mills are too heavy to lift with a Type 140. The
Type 150 can not be used as a knee feed since it will
stall under load. Use a Type 200 or a Type 350X for heavy
knees. To replace a knee feed when you don't need the
mounting hardware, use the ECF-140KNEE, ECF-200KNEE, or ECF-350X.
